Modem Warranty Information

The warranty for the Netopia/Motorola modems purchased from Twin Lakes Telephone Cooperative have a thirty day warranty period from TLTC, after this there is an eleven month warranty from Netopia/Motorola.  Information on the warranty information from Netopia/Motorola can be found with the documentation distributed with the modem.

We will honor the one year warranty from TLTC on any customer who purchased a modem prior to July 1, 2008.
